In February 2015, an entity controlled by Capital Investments (the “Investment Company”) entered into a Joint Venture agreement with Field Energy Services (“FES”), a leading Iraqi developer of business parks and supplier of oil and gas equipment and services, to develop and operate a USD 30 million business park in the Burjassia area in the Basra Governorate, Iraq (the “Project”).
