Amad: A strategic step to deepen the financial market and expand diversified investment opportunities in line with the Economic Modernization Vision

Capital Investments announced the establishment of the Capital Global Investment Fund following its approval by the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission. This milestone represents a qualitative addition to Jordan’s financial market and aligns with national efforts to stimulate investment activity and broaden market participation.

The fund is structured as an open-ended mutual investment fund and will launch with an initial capital of JOD 2 million, with a targeted investment ceiling of up to JOD 50 million. Its core objective is to provide investors in the Kingdom with new opportunities to grow their savings through indirect investment, supported by professional fund management. Investments will be allocated across a diversified portfolio that includes equities in local and international markets, as well as fixed-income instruments such as bonds and money-market tools.

The launch of the fund is part of the key initiatives under the Second Executive Program of the Economic Modernization Vision (2026–2029), which aims to deepen the financial market and introduce investment products that strike a balance between returns and prudent risk management.
